The Governor ,the Department of Human Services and OCDEL are pleased to inform you that payments for the subsidized child care program will continue uninterrupted after July 1, 2015, even if there is a budget impasse.

The administration is focused on continuing to serve our most vulnerable families and provide children with safe, reliable and quality care. Without ongoing payments, continued services to families and children would not be able to happen.

Thank you for your service and dedication to Pennsylvania’s children and their families.
