How do I find child care?
The CCIS Parent Resource and Referral (R&R) Department maintains
information on local child care facilities and community resources to help
parents search for an appropriate arrangement for their child. This includes child care facilities that offer full-time, part-time, afterschool, overnight, weekend care or summer camp programs. Call our hotline at 1-888-461-KIDS(5437) or email your CCIS office to locate child care that meets your family's needs.
How do I select child care?
R&R specialists at CCIS are available to provide unbiased information about child care services in your area. Specialists can assist families in making informed child care choices by providing information on how to select a quality child care provider. These services are provided regardless of income, and are free of charge.
How do I pay for child care?
CCIS also maintains the subsidized child care program. If you are concerned about the cost of quality child care, CCIS may be able to help. Working parents may be eligible for assistance with child care expenses if they meet the income guidelines. Read the basic subsidy guidelines or call our hotline at 1-888-461-KIDS (5437) to find out if you are eligible!
